Who we are
Aceline House is a destination wedding and private events studio, and a trading name of Art Concepts London ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information described below.

What we collect
When you enquire. Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of occasion, your preferred date or season, and whatever you choose to tell us in the message field. If you email or call us instead, we collect whatever you send us.
As a project goes ahead. If we work together, we will also hold your billing details, the contact details of others involved in planning, and information needed to run the event — which may include guests' names and their dietary, allergy or accessibility requirements. We share those details only with the suppliers who need them, and delete them once the event is over.
Automatically. Our website runs on Wix. Wix collects basic technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser and device type, and which pages you view — to keep the site working and secure.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your event
- To prepare proposals and quotations at your request
- To plan and deliver your event, including instructing suppliers
- To meet our legal obligations, including tax and accounting records
- To keep our website secure and working
We rely on your consent for anything optional, on our contract with you once we are working together, on our legitimate interest in running the business, and on legal obligation where the law requires it. We do not currently send marketing emails. If we start, we will only email you if you have asked us to, and every message will let you unsubscribe in one click.
Cookies
Wix sets cookies that are necessary for the site to work and to keep it secure. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.
Who we share it with
- Suppliers and venues engaged for your event — only what each one needs
- Wix, which hosts our website and handles the enquiry form
- Google Workspace, which provides our email
- Our accountants, and any adviser or authority we are legally required to inform
We never sell your information.
Sending information abroad
Our work is international, and some of our providers are based outside the UK. Your information may be transferred outside the UK and EEA — for example to the United States, where Wix and Google operate, or to Sweden and elsewhere in Europe where we plan events. Where we do this we rely on UK and EU approved safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses. Ask us and we will tell you which apply.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted
- Client and project records: 6 years, for tax, legal and insurance reasons
- Guest lists and guest dietary or access information: deleted within 3 months of the event
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, to restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email events@acelinehouse.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113), or — if you are in the EU — to the data protection authority in your own country.
Security and changes
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit who can see it. No system is completely secure, but we will tell you if a breach occurs that is likely to affect you.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
